Welcome and thank you for taking the time to visit the site and learn more about my company.I created the Aber Group in 2004 to meet my own desire to invest and develop property in the UAE. Through the early 2000’s, Property was booming, and our portfolio grew across most of the Emirates and further afield Internationally. You didn’t need structure or process to be successful, the opportunities were too plentiful.After the reset driven by the Global Financial Crisis, my focus has been on choosing the best people to bring the right structure and processes to my Group. My team today is built from some of the most experienced Real Estate experts in the UAE and GCC. I tell my team that I want people to live their lives free of worry. That is why our mission is to Live your Life. My team deliver to the Real Estate sector the best service that can be offered, a level that I would would personally expect. A Group of complimentary services that will meet the needs of all people who can relax in the knowledge that their property is in the best hands at all times.

The Group advises on Investments and Developments, whilst still doing our own investments and development projects seeking to maximise Rental yields, Capital Gain or combinations of both across small and large scale portfolios.We have designed the best brokerage processes and people, not commission only based sales people but individuals who will meet your needs and take the time to understand them and deliver on them because they are free from financial worry to do this.We offer a full maintenance service on Buildings we manage and can offer services to individual units and tenants on a contract basis.If you have full buildings, we can operate them for you, from the Security to Lifeguards, cleaning and gym operation, we cover it all.Finally, we want to help people in their day to day life too so our lifestyle division focuses on providing services that make your day to day life better, whether that be Maid services, Laundry, Ironing, decorating and handy man work, we can meet your needs.  We even have a Design and Fitout division should you need renovation, remodelling or just how best to design the exterior and interiors your properties.
